The Collection · Catalogue MMXXVI

Accessories, worth displaying.

Grinders, shredders, and the small hardware of a considered ritual — selected the way you'd choose objects for a desk you actually sit at. No clutter. No novelty. Just the good ones.

Specimen 01 Four-Piece · Aluminium · Ø 63mm

Floor plan

Four wings.
One standard.

Every piece here cleared the same bar before it earned wall space. Start in the wing that fits what you're building.

The catalogue index

Find it the way a curator would.

Material, size, piece count. Three honest filters — because that's actually how you choose, once the junk is already gone.

The dark room · Makers on view

We carry few names. On purpose.

A short wall beats a long aisle. These are the makers whose tolerances, materials, and warranties survived our checklist — nobody pays to hang here.

  • M.01 Santa Cruz Shredder Medical-grade aluminium, the reference tooth geometry
  • M.02 Brilliant Cut Interchangeable plates, machined like watch parts
  • M.03 Cookies The culture pick — recognisable at arm’s length
  • M.04 Rasta Heritage colourways, done without the kitsch
  • M.05 Frank White Quiet monochrome hardware for the minimal desk

Acquisition criteria

How a piece earns
its place here.

We say no to most of what we're pitched. Three criteria, applied to every candidate, every time — that's the whole trick.

Roughly 1 in 8 candidates makes the wall

  1. Criterion 01

    Materials we can name

If a maker can't tell us the alloy, the anodising process, or where the steel comes from, the piece doesn't get in. 'Aircraft-grade' with no spec sheet is a no.

  2. Criterion 02

    Tolerances you can feel

Threads should turn like a camera lens, not a pickle jar. We hand-test every candidate for wobble, grit, and cross-threading before it earns a listing.

  3. Criterion 03

Built for years, warrantied like it

No piece enters the collection without a real warranty behind it — most of what we carry is guaranteed for years, some of it for life. Disposable doesn't hang here.
