The whole business is deciding what not to sell. Here's exactly how a piece earns its place — the same three tests, every time.
Every piece is handled, weighed, and cycled at least fifty times before it earns a listing. If the threads bind or the catch spills, it never makes the site.
We only list pieces where we know the alloy, grade, or wood — aircraft-grade aluminium, 304 stainless, food-safe finishes. Stated plainly. No mystery metal.
For every piece we keep, we turn away roughly six. The curation is the product; the catalogue stays small on purpose, so a “yes” from us means something.
